Competitions
The competitions shall be at Club Level, District Level, Schools, Universities, Inter-State, National, International, Asian and World.
Affiliation
National Federation and Asian Federation shall obtain affiliation from International Federation. The State Association shall obtain affiliation from the National Federation. District Associations shall obtain affiliation from State Association. Clubs and other institutions shall obtain affiliation from District Association. The Association which had obtained affiliation in the manner stated above shall register the association as per the provisions of Societies Act and shall start functioning. The period of affiliation shall be one year ie from the 1st of April to the 31st of March of every calendar year. The affiliation shall be renewed every year.
Goal Post
The ball shall be deposited at the goal post specially formed for this purpose. As it is decided and suggested now the measurement of the goal post shall be the same for mini, sub – junior, junior and senior teams. The measurement of the goal post shall be recorded at 5 ROLLER NETTED BALL the goal post. The eneral Secretary of the International Federation shall have the permission to effect changes in the goal post from time to time
Ball
The measurement (size) of the ball shall be 5 and its weight 310 Grams. The balls that are used for mini, sub – junior, junior and senior teams shall be of the same measurement and weight.

Mode of scoring goal
In the Roller Netted Ball goal – post there will be three holes of different measurements. If the ball goes through the hole having the maximum dimension having white colour it will be treated as Bronze goal. It fetches one point or one goal. If the ball goes through the hole having the minimum dimension having red colour it will be Golden Goal. It fetches 5 points or 5 goals. If the ball goes through the middle hole having blue colour. it will be Silver Goal. It fetches 3 points or 3 goals. The size and measurements of the holes can be ascertained from the diagram of the goal post.
Duration of the Game
- For Mini it is 15 minutes, 5 minutes 15 minutes (Total 35 m)
- For Sub Junior 20m, 10m, 20m (Total 50m )
- For Junior 25m, 10m, 25m, (Total 60m)
- For Senior 30m, 10m 30m (Total 70m)
Conditions of the Game
The player shall be an experienced skater. He should have the capacity to remain break in always. The player should compulsorily use skate, knee-pad, Helmet etc. of good quality. The goal keeper should have safe goal keeping Equipment. The goly of the team which had obtained goal shall first do the goal pass (throw) This will be after the toss done by the team captain and determining the right for the first goal. The players need not compulsorily drible the ball. But no player shall retain the ball with him for more than 2.95 seconds. If the ball is held by a player for more than 2.95 seconds the referee shall give the ball to the other team. The box in front of the goly, the outer line of the play court shall be considered as D Area. If the ball goes out or if the player enters the D area with the ball the throw. Shall be given to the next team.l If the ball wins the goal the goly of that goal post shall throw the ball for his team. For the foul committed by both teams the referee shall drible the ball in the box separately marked in the court. The players shall wear jersey and tiles and jersey number should be affixed.
Officials
The game shall be conducted under the control of two referees. For watching the goal at every goal post one additional goal watcher each shall be appointed at all goal posts. The additional goal watcher shall take the ball from the net, hand over the ball to the goly, inform the officials the jersy number of player who had thrown the ball, after the goal is confirmed by the main referee.
Protest
Any dispute relating to the game shall be made during the time of the game or 30 minutes after its completion. The decision on protest shall be exclusively vested with the technical committee.
Conducting the Game
The conducting of the game shall be as per the decision of the technical committee. The games of District, State, National, Inter National, Asian Cup, World Cup levels shall be in the manner of knock out league cum knock out or in any other manner prevailing. The organizing committee shall give Medals, Certificates, TeamTrophy etc. to competitions of state level and upwards.
Fees
The conducting of the game shall be as per the decision of the technical committee. The games of District, State, National, Inter National, Asian Cup, World Cup levels shall be in the manner of knock out league cum knock out or in any other manner prevailing. The organizing committee shall give Medals, Certificates, TeamTrophy etc. to competitions of state level and upwards.
The fees for entry, registration, affiliation, official test fee etc. shall be according to the decision taken by the general body of each year.

Penalty
If a player commits 4 fouls continuously he will not be allowed to continue. If the players in a team continuously commits 5 fouls for all the subsequent fouls penalty throw will be given to the opposite team. At the time of the penalty throw the goly shall not be present at the goal post. The penalty throw shall be either at the golden goal post or silver goal post. If the ball enters the golden goal post it will fetch 5 goals and if the ball enters the silver goal post it will fetch 3 goals. The goal will be invalid if the ball enters the bronze goal post. Even if the ball enters the goal post or not the next game starts with the opposite team.
Debar
In the event of the date of birth being entered wrongly deliberately, misbehavior to officials and others, quarrels between teams and such things including bad conduct and misbehavior the referee can show the blue, yellow, and red cards or otherwise exclude the player, debar the team. The final decision shall be with the technical committee.
